Synopsis: Rising auteur Frederic Balekdjian has created a modern day "Mean Streets" with his new film, "GAMBLERS", a crackling melodrama set in the garment district of Paris.
Vahe is a disaffected small time hustler trying to find his way - the cons he runs with his buddies now earn him more guilt than cash. When his lover, Lu Ann, walks out on him, it seems everything has gone sour at once.
However, things begin to change after Vahe befriends Yeun, Lu Ann's headstrong illegal immigrant brother. When Yeun refuses to pay extra tribute to the gang that smuggled him into the country, Vahe tries to mediate.
