Synopsis: Five friends who hang out together at a Muay Thai training facility have to band together to help one of their own. Sick and in grave need of a heart transplant, one of the friends receives word of an available heart. The kicker – it's locked inside a hospital being overrun by terrorists. With timing being critical for the success of the heart transplant, the friends determine to take on this terrorist group and retrieve the heart to save their friend's life.
